Calibre is a CV analysis platform that uses artificial intelligence to provide feedback on your CV relative to specific target institutions and employers. The service is accessible at calibrecv.co.uk and is operated by an individual based in the United Kingdom.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using Calibre, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time — continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

3. The service

Calibre provides AI-generated CV analysis based on information you upload. The service includes:

Analysis is generated by AI and is intended as guidance only. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including but not limited to job offers, interview invitations, or admission to any institution.

4. No guarantee of results

Calibre provides feedback based on publicly available information about how institutions and employers evaluate candidates. We make no representation that following our suggestions will result in a successful application. Hiring and admissions decisions involve many factors outside our knowledge or control.

5. Your content

You retain full ownership of any CV or document you upload. By uploading, you grant us a temporary, limited licence to process your document solely for the purpose of generating your analysis. Your CV is deleted from our servers immediately after analysis is complete and is never stored or shared.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not infringe third-party rights and is accurate.

6. Premium subscription

Premium access is billed at £10 per month. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calibre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
